摘 要: 随着城市的扩张和城市化进程的加速,生态问题是未来城市发展面临的一个重要问题,低碳、绿色化的发展,是未来城市可持续发展的重要方向,在未来对城市碳排放进行有效控制和管理,是未来城市交通管理的重点。以深圳市城市交通排放监测平台建设项目为研究背景,从多层次城市交通排放核算入手,构建了多层次城市交通排放核算模型,该模型设计从多模式交通需求模型及动态道路运行评估、本地化道路车队构成模型及交通排放多维角度出发,对城市交通排放进行精确的评估建模,并完成了相关的核算方法的设计,最终基于该模型构建了城市交通排放监测信息发布平台,通过该平台搜集和提供的数据,对推动和加强未来深圳市城市交通排放管理和制定相关的城市低碳发展战略和政策具有非常重要的价值和指导意义。 With the expansion of cities and the acceleration of urbanization, ecological problems are an important issue facing urban development in the future. The development of low carbon and green is an important direction for the future sustainable development of cities, and carbon emissions in cities effective controlled and management is the focus of urban traffic management in the future. Based on the research project of Shenzhen urban traffic emission detection platform, this paper starts with multi-level urban traffic emission accounting and constructs a multi-level urban traffic emission accounting model. The design is based on multi-mode traffic demand model and dynamic road operation assessment, localized road fleet composition model and traffic emission multidimensional perspective, accurate assessment modeling of urban traffic emissions, and complete the design of relevant accounting methods, based on the design the model constructs the urban traffic emission detection information release platform. The data collected and provided by the platform has very important value and guiding significance for promoting and strengthening the future urban traffic emission management and formulating relevant urban low carbon development strategies and policies.
