摘　　要： 基于微观经济学和行为经济学理论,对公共决策中参照式医药产品定价方法进行了比较和解析,提出由于社会医疗保障体系的实施,公共部门对医药产品的定价是一种公共决策,而有限理性的决策者在定价中通常采用参照式相对定价方法,包括国际(地区)比价、自费市场价格参考、成本加成法和医药经济学评估法等。这些参照式定价法各有利弊,需要基于决策需要而相机选择。 Based on micro- and behavior-economics theories,it compares and analyzes pricing method of referential medicine product in public decision. It puts forward that,because of the implementation of social medical insurance system,it s a public decision-making to determine the price of medicine product by public sectors,and referential pricing method is used in bounded rationality decision which include international(region)price ratio,self-pay price reference,cost-plus,and medicine economics evaluating method etc. There are advantages and disadvantages in these referential pricing methods,and needs choice in watching for a chance based on decision requirement.
