新型叶片密炼机对PP/MWNT纳米复合材料性能的影响

摘  要: 利用基于体积拉伸流变的叶片密炼机制备聚丙烯(PP)/多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)纳米复合材料,探究体积拉伸流场下,PP/MWNT复合材料中碳纳米管的质量分数以及叶片转子轴转速对复合材料力学性能和热稳定性以及结晶的影响。结果表明,体积拉伸流场作用下,拉伸强度和拉伸模量随MWNT质量分数的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,随叶片转子轴转速的升高而增大;冲击强度随MWNT质量分数的增加先增加后急剧减小,在MWNT质量分数为1%左右达到最大值;复合材料的冲击强度随叶片转子轴转速升高有所提高;MWNT的加入可以提高PP/MWNT复合材料的热稳定性和结晶峰温,且均随MWNT质量分数以及叶片转子轴转速的提高而提高。 Polypropylene (PP) /multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by vane mixer based on volume elongation rheology. The effects of MWNTs mass fraction and rotating speed of vane rotator on mechanical properties, thermal stability and crystallization behavior of PP/ MWNTs nanocomposites were studied at the function of volume elongation flow. The results show that, at the function of elongation flow, tensile strength and tensile modulus increase with the increase of MWNTs mass fraction at first then decease. With the increase of rotator speed, the tensile strength and tensile modulus increase. With the increase of MWNTs mass fraction, the impact strength increases first and then decease rapidly. The maximum impact strength appeared when MWNTs mass fraction was approximately 1%. The impact strength increases when rotator speed increases. MWNTs significantly enhance the thermal stability and crystallization peak temperature of the PP/MWNTs nanocomposites, the ones increases with the increase of MWNTs mass fraction and rotator speed.
