摘　　要： 本文对1995-2016年间SPS委员会上讨论的东盟十国作为被提出方的特别贸易关注内容进行汇总分析,介绍东盟面临的SPS特别贸易关注概况,结合中国-东盟经济关系新格局详细分析其内容及特点,并提出针对性的对策措施。旨在有效规避东盟SPS措施贸易壁垒,保障我国出口贸易。 This article summarizes and analyzes the specific trade concerns on which ASEAN＇s ten member states are be raised at the SPS committees from 1995 to 2016, introduces the general situation of WTO/SPS specific trade concerns of ASEAN＇s ten member states, analyzes the contents and characteristics of the new pattern of CHINAASEAN economic relations in detail, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to effectively circumvent the SPS measures barriers to trade in ASEAN＇s ten member states and protect China＇s export trade.
