摘　　要： [目的]了解广东省阳春市农村村民对城乡居民医保报销认知及使用现状,找出其影响因素,为制定增强村民对城乡居民医保报销认知、扩大农村医保使用范围的政策提供依据。[方法]对126名村民进行入户调查以及访谈,相关数据运用χ2检验进行统计分析。[结果]126名村民全部参保,村民对城乡居民医保各类内容的认知为"了解"者占6.3%~65.1%,"不了解"者占7.9%~42.9%,对报销疾病及药物范围认知不足者分别占39.0%、45.2%;分析发现年龄是城乡居民医保报销的影响因素(χ2=22.950,P<0.05)。[结论]广东省阳春市农村村民对城乡居民医保报销的认知结构不全面,报销使用程度不高,应广泛传播"治未病"思想;落实宣传细节,普及药物、疾病报销范围;合理设置医保定点。 Objective To know villagers＇ cognition to urban residents medical insurance reimbursement and using status in Yangchun city ofGuangdong province. Find out its influence factors so as to provide basis for formulating policy of strengthening villagers＇ cognition to urban resi-dents medical insurance reimbursement and expanding medical insurance usable range in rural areas. Methods Households surveyed and inter-viewed 126 villagers, and relevant data were analyzed by ehi - square test. Results The 126 villagers were all insured, and most of thevillagers＇ cognition on all kinds content of medical insurance reimbursement was ＂understanding＂ （6. 3% to 65.1% ） or ＂do not understand＂（7.9% to 42.9% ） . They lack of cognition on reimbursement of disease and the range of drug （39.0% and 45.2% ） . The analysis showedthat age was the influence factor of urban residents medical insurance reimbursement （X2 = 22. 950, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The villagers＇cognition structure to urban residents medical insurance reimbursement was incomplete. Reimbursement using is low. We should wide spread thethought of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ . Carry out publicity detail, popularize reimbursement range of drugs and disease. Reasonable lay-out of medical insurance fixed point.
