摘 要: 2015年在南海北部海域采集中国枪乌贼样本102尾,测定个体以及耳石形态学参数,利用主成分分析法获得中国枪乌贼耳石主要形态特征参数,分析耳石特征参数与胴长(ML)、性成熟等的关系,建立主要形态参数与胴长和体质量的关系模型。结果表明,长度参数耳石总长(TSL)、吻区游离端长(RL)和宽度参数最大宽度(MW)、翼区宽(WW)可代表中国枪乌贼耳石的形态特征;TSL、RL与ML之间以线性模型为最佳,WW、MW与ML之间以幂函数模型为最佳;TSL、RL、WW、MW与体质量之间以线性模型为最适;性成熟对耳石形态参数特征MW/TSL影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 Uroteuthis chinensis is an important species of cephalopod in the South China sea. The statolith is the important hard tissue for cephalopods, which have the stability of the morphological characteristics,corrosion resistance and other characteristics, and have become one of the important research materials of cephalopod in the field of fishery biology and marine ecology. According to statolith of Uroteuthis chinensis collected during September 2015, the external morphological parameters are measured. The results showed that the primary morphology parameters of statoliths are total statolith length (TSL), Mantel length (RL), maximum statolith width (MW) and wing width (WW), respectively, and these 4 primary morphology parameters could be used as typical morphological characteristics of statolith of Uroteuthis chinensis. The relationship between primary morphology parameters of statoliths and its size and sexual maturity are analyzed, and the models between the primary morphological parameters and length and weight are established. The relationships between TSL, RL and ML could be described with linear functions, while the relationships between MW, WW and ML could be described with power functions. The relationship between TSL, RL, WW, MW and weight could be described with linear models based on the AIC value. It is also found that the effects of sexual maturity and size on statolith of morphological parameters MW/TSL are not significant (P > 0.05). This research could provide basic information on population discrimination and growth of Uroteuthis chinensis.
