摘　　要： 目的:观察急诊呼吸衰竭患者早期应用他汀类药物的临床效果分析。方法:将在某院近期(2015年5月~2017年5月时期)收治急诊呼吸衰竭患者60例,随机分成两组。其中30例在患者确诊为急性呼吸衰竭后立即使用他汀类药物治疗(阿托伐他汀钙片)称为早期组,另30例在对症治疗病情稳定后给予他汀类药物治疗(阿托伐他汀钙片)称为对照组,将两组血气指标与肺部功能指标对照解析。结果:治疗前两组患者血气、肺功能比较差异无统计学意义,具有可比性(P<0.05);治疗后早期组血气、肺功能恢复优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对于急诊呼吸衰竭患者,早期应用他汀类药物,可有效提高患者心肺功能,提高治疗效果,效果理想,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of early application of statins in patients with emergency respiratory failure.Methods：60 patients with respiratory failure treated in a hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into early group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in early group diagnosed with acute respiratory failure were given statin treatment（atorvastatin calcium tablets）immediately,and the control group was given statin medication（atovastatin calcium tablets）after symptomatic treatment.The blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes of two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference in blood gas and pulmonary function between the two groups before treatment.The recovery of blood gas and pulmonary function in early group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.001）.Conclusion：For emergency patients with respiratory failure,the early application of statins can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and improve the therapeutic effect,which has ideal effect and has the popularization,popularization and use value in clinical.
