摘　　要： 法贵在执行,也难在执行。有效实施党内法规制度、提高党内法规的执行力是一个重要的理论和实践课题,也是落实全面从严治党的内在要求。新时代党中央在全面从严治党中同步推进制度治党与依规治党,不断扎紧制度笼子,党内法规制度体系不断完善,但是党内法规的执行还存在制度虚置、象征性执行、选择性执行、机械性执行等现象,造成有规不依、执规不严、违规不究。需要从科学立规、全党知规、严格执规、严厉督规、自觉守规等方面提高党内法规的执行力。 The preciousness of the law is executed, and it is difficult to execute. It is not only an important theoretical and practical issue to effectively implement the Intra-party regulations and improve the execution of the Intraparty regulations, but also the internal reauirement of implementing the policy of administering the party strictly and comprehensively. In the new era, The CPC central committee is m full administer the party strictly and administering the party by the regulations at the same time, keep tyings up the cage off the regulations, the system of Intra-party regulations has been continuously improved. But the execution of the Intra-party regulations also has the phenomena such as institutional fabrication, symbolic execution, selective execution, mechanical execution and so on. Result in the regulations haven't been executed or haven't been executed strictly or haven't been disposed. We need to improve the execution of the Intra-party regulations by making scientific regulations,understanding the regulations, executing the regulations strictly, supervising the execution of regulations,following the regulations and so on.
