摘　　要： 探索应用型物流人才的培养模式和培养手段,对于培养符合企业实际需求的人才起到有利的保障作用。创建创新培养、学科竞赛和实践教学三大体系,通过学练一体、赛教结合、产教融合三种核心手段,针对性地着重培养学生的创新能力、应用能力和实践能力,不断探索和实践逐渐形成基于三种核心手段培养应用型物流人才模式,人才培养质量取得良好效果。 To explore the training mode and means of application-oriented logistics talents will play a favorable role in the cultivation of talents in line with the actual needs of enterprises.We will create three systems:innovation and training system,discipline competition system and practical teaching system.Through three core means of integration of learning and practice,combination of competition and teaching,and integration of production and teaching,we focus on cultivating students'innovation ability,application ability and practice ability,and constantly explore and practice to gradually form the application-oriented logistics talent training mode based on the three core means.The quality of talent training has achieved good results.
