摘　　要： 目的观察中西医结合个体化治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月广州市天河区中医医院收治的60例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,分为两组,各30例。常规组采用西医治疗方式。实验组在常规组基础上进行中医辨证论治。比较两组治疗有效率和血糖指标。结果实验组有效率明显高于常规组(96.67%vs.73.33%,P<0.05);治疗后实验组各血糖指标均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于个体化的中西医结合治疗对于糖尿病足患者具有较高的临床疗效,可以显著提升患者的综合康复质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of individual treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Tianhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with individual treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The treatment effects and blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(96.67%vs.73.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has a high clinical effect for patients with diabetic foot,and can significantly improve the quality of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
