摘 要: RV减速器具有传动比大、承载能力大、传动精度高和传动平稳等特点,研究其动力学特性具有重要意义。以某型号RV减速器为研究对象,在SolidWorks中建立了参数化三维模型,通过Abaqus和Adams建立了RV减速器刚柔耦合动力学模型。经过仿真分析,得到关键零部件的动态响应曲线和传动误差;通过频谱分析,得到影响传动精度的主要因素是曲轴的纯扭转弹性变形。研究方法对RV减速器精密设计具有一定的指导意义。 RV reducer has the characteristics of large transmission ratio,large carrying capacity,high transmission accuracy and stable transmission,so it is of great significance to research its dynamic characteris tics.A RV reducer is taken as the research object,and the parametric three-dimensional model is established in SolidWorks.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of RV reducer is established by Abaqus and Adams.Through simulation analysis,the dynamic response curve and transmission error of key components are ob tained.Through spectrum analysis,the main factor affecting the transmission accuracy is the pure torsional elas tic deformation of the crankshaft.The research method has certain guiding significance for precise design of RV reducer.
