摘　　要： 目的:分析甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液应用过程中产生的不良反应,并对循证护理方法的实施效果进行分析。方法:分析对象选择我院于2018年8月至2019年8月期间使用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液的患者50例,抽签方法进行分组分析,25例实施循证护理的患者归纳入实验组,25例实施常规护理的患者归纳入对照组,对两种护理方法的实施效果进行比对和分析。结果:与对照组患者相比对,实验组患者护理总满意度较高,比对差异与统计学意义的判定标准相符合(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比对,实验组患者不良反应发生率较低,比对差异与统计学意义的判定标准相符合(P<0.05)。结论:在甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液应用过程中,对其不良反应进行有效掌握,以实施循证护理,可降低不良反应。 Objective:To analyze the adverse effects of levofloxacin mesylate injection during the process,and to analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing methods.Methods:The analysis subjects selected 50 patients who received levofloxacin mesylate injection from our hospital between 2018.8 and 2019.8,and were divided into groups for analysis by lottery.25 patients receiving evidence-based care were included in the experimental group and 25 patients were receiving routine care The patients were included in the control group,and the implementation effects of the two nursing methods were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the patients in the control group,the total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the comparison differences were consistent with the statistically significant criteria(P<0.05).Compared with the patients in the control group,the experimental The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced in the group of patients,and the comparison difference was consistent with the statistically significant criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the application process of levofloxacin mesylate,it is effective to master its adverse reactions to implement evidence-based nursing,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and it is recommended to popularize them.
