摘　　要： 目的调查重症监护病房护士对ICU后综合征(PICS)认知情况及PICS预防护理现状,为今后开展PICS专科培训和规范临床护理提供参考。方法自行设计PICS认知情况的问卷调查,对广东省151名ICU护士进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果ICU护士对PICS的认知水平调查均分为(3.45±0.70)分,认知率偏低,认知水平与护理人员的职称、工作年限、职务、最高学历、是否取得省级以上ICU专科护士资格呈现显著的正相关。护士对PICS的情感态度总均分为(4.48±0.62)分,对PICS的认同感强烈。结论重症监护专业亟待构建标准化的PICS管理培训体系,建立和修订相关的护理指引与流程以指导临床护理工作,实施多学科合作式过渡期护理模式,改善ICU转出患者结局。 Objective To investigate the cognition and present status of nursing on post-intensive care syndrome(PICS)among critical care nurses in hospitals in Guangdong Province,China,and to provide guidance for specialist training and clinical nursing practice.Methods A self-designed questionnaire about PICS was used to investigate 151 nurses from hospitals in Guangdong Province,and the survey results were analyzed.Results The score of PICS questionnaire was(3.45±0.70),indicating a low level of cognitive rate among ICU nurses.The cognitive level of nurses was positively associated with professional title,work seniority of nurses,nurse position,the highest academic qualification degree and qualifications of specialist nurse.The score of emotional attitudes about PICS was(4.48±0.62),indicating a strong sense of PICS-associated identify.Conclusion A standardized PICS management and training system,and the guideline and nursing procedure for PICS were urgent to establish in critical care medicine,multidisciplinary transitional care model should be implemented to improve patient outcomes after they discharge from ICU.
