摘　　要： 对装配式建筑技术进行了技术、成本、工法方面的研究,并在某办公楼项目上进行了实施和验证。该项目做到了设计模数化、标准化,对新技术、新工法进行了大胆的探索和应用,给装配式建筑的推广与应用提供了具体到实施方案的有益思路。 The prefabricated building technologies are studied in terms of technology,cost and construction method,and the implementation and verification are carried out on an office building project. This project applies design modularization and standardization,and does tentative exploration in the proposed new technologies and new construction methods. This paper provides a useful idea for the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in detailed specific implementation schemes.
