摘　　要： 目的探讨将5S健康教育管理模式应用于乳腺癌患者康复期治疗的价值。方法选取2017年5月至2018年6月在中山市小榄人民医院手术治疗的86例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。分为2组,对照组(43例)术后康复期治疗期间行常规健康教育,观察组(43例)加强5S健康教育,观察患者生活习惯、生活质量改善情况等。结果干预后,与对照组比较,观察组经常饮酒率显著更低,健康饮食、合理作息、坚持运动锻炼率显著更高(χ^2=4.440、4.496、9.754、5.103),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后健康促进生活方式量表各项评分、总评分及QLQ-C30量表中各项评分、总评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后康复期治疗加强5S健康教育管理,可有效培养患者形成良好生活习惯,有助于其生活质量获得更大程度改善。 Objective To evaluate the value of 5S health education management model for breast cancer patients in rehabilitation period.Methods 86 patients with breast cancer in Zhongshan Xiaolan People′s Hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(43 cases)received routine health education during the recovery period,and the observation group(43 cases)received 5S health education.Patients′living habits and improvement in their quality of life were observed.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the regular drinking rate in the observation group was significantly lower,and the rates of healthy diet,reasonable rest and exercise adherence were significantly higher(χ^2=4.440,4.496,9.754,5.103),all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale,QLQ-C30 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The management of 5S health education should be strengthened in the rehabilitation period after breast cancer operation,which is conductive to forming good living habits,hereby largely improving the life quality of patients.
