摘　　要： 目的 探讨急诊预检分级标准用于急诊护理管理的临床应用价值。方法 选取2018年1—5月我院急诊科收治的患者850例为研究对象,采用急诊预检分级标准对其病情分级评估并实施急诊护理管理,通过成立预检分级分诊护理小组,统计护理人员与医师对患者病情级别的诊断结果,比较预检护士与医师诊断差异并进行一致性检验,记录实施急诊预检分级标准前后护理人员及医师对急诊护理管理满意度。结果 以医师对患者病情分级评估结果为参照,护士进行急诊预检分级标准诊断准确率为94.84%,Kappa值为0.913;实施急诊预检分级标准后护士与医师对急诊护理管理满意率均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 急诊预检分级标准可高效准确评估患者病情,对急诊护理管理的发展有一定临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of emergency pre-examination grading standards for emergency nursing management. Methods To select 850 patients who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to May 2018 as the study subjects. The emergency pre-examination grading standard was used to evaluate the condition and implement emergency nursing management. The pre-examination grading and sub-discipline nursing group was established, and the diagnosis results of nurses and physicians on patients’ disease level were counted. Then we compared the differences of diagnosis between pre-examination nurses and physicians and conducted the consistency test. The satisfaction of the nursing staff and the physician on the emergency nursing management before and after the implementation of the emergency pre-examination grading standard were recorded. Results According to the physician’s evaluation of the patient's condition, the accuracy rate of the emergency pre-examination grading standard among nurses was 94.84% and the Kappa value was 0.913. After the implementation, the satisfaction rate of nurses and physicians in emergency nursing management was significantly higher than that before the implementation( P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency pre-examination grading standard can assess the patient's condition effectively and accurately, therefore, it has certain clinical application value for the development of emergency nursing management.
