摘　　要： 目的探讨日常生活量表(ADL)分级护理在骨科护理中的应用效果及护理满意度,为骨科临床护理提供理论依据。方法选取2018年1-5月肇庆市怀集县人民医院收治的骨科住院患者80例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规分级护理,观察组根据患者病情及ADL评分进行分级护理。比较两组患者护理质量、护理不良反应及护理满意度情况。结果观察组I级、II级、III级护理评分均明显高于对照组;观察组发生坠床、压疮等不良事件的概率明显低于对照组;观察组对护理工作总满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用ADL量表对骨科患者进行分级护理可明显改善护理质量,减少护理不良事件发生率,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of grading nursing with activity daily living(ADL)scale in orthopaedic nursing and nursing satisfaction,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical orthopaedic nursing.Methods 80 cases in orthopaedics department of Zhaoqing Huaiji County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional grading nursing,the observation group was given grade nursing according to the patient’s condition and ADL score.Nursing quality,nursing adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction were compared and statistically analysed.Results The nursing scores of gradeⅠ,gradeⅡand gradeⅢin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the probability of adverse events such as falling out of bed and pressure sores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of ADL scale in patients with orthopaedic grading nursing care can significantly improve the nursing quality,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,improve nursing satisfaction,and it’s worthy of clinical promotion.
