摘　　要： 目的探讨奥马哈系统护理干预在鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的130例鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者为研究对象,按照数字表法随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予奥马哈系统护理,比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分情况。结果两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较,组间、不同时间点、组间与不同时间点交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者情感职能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、一般健康状况、活力、精神健康评分比较,组间、不同时间点、组间与不同时间点交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者实施奥马哈系统护理干预,可缓解患者抑郁、焦虑状态,改善其生活质量,临床作用显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of Omaha system nursing intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods To compare the status of anxiety, depression, and quality of life scores, 130 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, who treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017, were observed, and equally divided into the control group and study group by means of random number table. The control group adopted routine nursing, while the study group adopted the Omaha system nursing on the basis of the control group. Results With regard to the scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups, difference of group type, of time points, and that of the interaction of groups and time points were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. In terms of the emotional role, physiological role,body pain,physiological function, social function, general health, vitality and mental health scores of the two groups,difference of group type, of time points, and that of the interaction of groups and time points were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of Omaha system nursing intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy had remarkable clinical effect, which could alleviate the state of depression and anxiety of patients, and improve their quality of life.
