摘　　要： 【目的】观察益气活血方结合黄连膏外敷对加速痔术后创面愈合的临床效果。【方法】将80例痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。于术后第1天起,2组均给予1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,在此基础上,治疗组于术后当天开始口服益气活血方,并予黄连膏外敷;对照组予凡士林外敷。分别观察并记录术后第3、5、7、10天的疼痛、水肿、出血评分及创面愈合时间,随访3个月,记录复发情况。【结果】(1)经治疗后,2组患者创面均愈合或趋于愈合。治疗组的创面愈合天数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组术后3、5、7 d的VAS评分、肛周水肿评分及术后3、5 d的创面出血评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后10 d的VAS评分、肛周水肿评分及术后7、10 d的创面出血评分2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)随访3个月后,治疗组患者均未复发,均未有并发症出现,对照组有4例患者于术后3周出现肛周水肿,经治疗后症状消失。【结论】益气活血方结合黄连膏外敷能够有效缓解痔术后创面疼痛、出血、水肿状况,缩短愈合时间,加速痔术后创面愈合,减少复发率,对痔术后创面愈合有较好的临床效果。 Objective To observe the effect of oral use of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe（a herbal prescription with the actions of strengthening Qi and activating blood） plus external application of Huanglian Ointment（mainly composed of Rhizoma Coptidis）on promoting the postoperative wound healing. Methods A total of 80 patients after hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. From the first postoperative day, the patients of the two groups were given fuming and washing with potassium permanganate solution at 1∶5 000,and additionally the treatment group was given oral use of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe plus anal external application of Huanglian Ointment while the control group was given anal external application ofvaseline gauzep. The scores of pain,swelling and bleeding of the wound as well as the wound healing time were observed on postoperative day 3, 5, 7, 10. The follow-up time lasted for 3 months, and the recurrence of hemorrhoid was recorded. Results（1）After treatment,the wound of the two group was healed or almost healed.And the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.（2）The VAS pain scores and perianal swelling scores on postoperative day 3,5,7 as well as the scores of wound bleeding on postoperative day 3,5 in the treatment group were less than those of the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）,but the differences of VAS pain scores and perianal swelling scores on postoperative day 10 and the scores of wound bleeding on postoperative day 7,10 were insignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）.（3）The results of 3-month follow-up showed that no case of the treatment group had recurrence of hemorrhoid or occurrence of complications;perianal swelling occurred in 4 cases of the control group 3 weeks after the surgery but the swelling was cured after treatment.
