摘　　要： 依据中老年肺结核患者的生理、心理、社会特点和需求,以奥马哈系统为框架,构建并应用中老年肺结核患者延续护理方案。经过6个月的延续护理干预,21例中老年肺结核患者的治疗转归、护理结局、服药依从性均有好转。措施的局限性为缺少与社区的联系、缺少对高龄患者个性化干预。 Continuous nursing interventions which used Omaha system as the theoretical framework were developed based on patients＇ physiological,psychological,and social characteristics and needs.After 6 months＇ intervention,patients had higher compliance with the anti-tuberculosis drugs.Besides,21 patients prognosis and outcomes of nursing care became better.Limitations were little cooperation with local communities and lacking of individualized nursing care for elderly.
