摘　　要： 目的:分析佛山地区成人社区获得性肺炎的(CAP)的临床特征,为中医药防治CAP提供依据。方法:对佛山市中医院收治的236例CAP患者进行中医证型和临床特征分析。结果:中医证型分布中痰热壅肺证最多见,为128例(54.2%);临床症状以发热(50.0%)、咳嗽(94.9%)、咯痰(94.9%)、口干口苦(58.1%)为主。结论:佛山地区成人社区获得性肺炎中医证型以痰热壅肺证最多见,临床应注意清热化痰的应用。 Objective： To analyze the clinical characteristics of adult community-acquired pneumonia in Foshan city and provide basis for prevention and treatment of CAP in TCM. Methods： 236 patients with CAP were enrolled in this study; TCM syndromes and clinical features were analyzed. Results： The Tanre Yongfei syndrome was the most conmmon in the distribution of TCM syndromes, for 128 cases. The main symptoms were fever （50.0%）, cough （94.9%）, expectoration （94.9%） and dry mouth （58.1%）. Conclusion： The major TCM syndromes of adult community-acquired pneumonia in Foshan city was the Tanre Yongfei syndrome. The Qingre Huatan therapy should be paid attention in clinical treatment.
