摘　　要： 整合资源基础观和制度基础观,研究不确定环境下企业政治关联与多元化战略的关系。结果表明:企业能够利用政治关联获取更多的有利于企业多元化发展的资源,对企业实施多元化战略具有积极的影响,政治关联与区域多元化、行业多元化正相关;环境不确定性强化了政治关联对企业多元化的影响,在政治关联与企业多元化关系中发挥了正向的调节作用。 Based on the sample of enterprises of Pearl River Delta area in Guangdong Province,thispaper analyzes the relationship between political connection and corporate diversification in theenvironmental uncertainty integrating the resourcebased view and institutionbased view. The resultshows that political connection has a significant positive impact on the companys regional businessdiversification and product diversification;environmental uncertainty plays a positive moderator role in therelations between political connection and corporate diversification.
