摘　　要： 目的探究阑尾炎患者采取经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的临床效果。方法 30例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,观察记录本组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、围手术期观察指标情况、生活质量评分。结果 30例患者中,治愈28例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%。术后仅1例患者发生切口感染,并发症发生率为3.33%。本组患者围手术期各项观察指标情况良好。本组患者术后生活质量评价量表(SF-36量表)各项评分均优于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎临床治疗中,应用经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术效果确切,能够有效提升患者生活质量,对患者的术后康复具有积极影响,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy for the treatment of appendicitis patients. Methods A total of 30 appendicitis patients as study subjects were all treated with transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy, and their clinical efficacy, occurrence of complications, observation indicators in the perioperative period and quality of life were observed and recorded. Results Of 30 patients, there were 28 cured cases, 2 effective cases and 0 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 100.00%. Only 1 patient had incisional infection after operation, and the incidence of complications was 3.33%. All observation indicators in the perioperative period of patients were good. Patients had better postoperative quality of life assessment scale（SF-36 scale） scores than before operation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of appendicitis, application of transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy shows affirmative effect and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. This method shows positive effect on postoperative rehabilitation, and it is worthy of promotion.
