摘　　要： 总结1例老年左下肢静脉血栓合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理,护理要点包括:密切观察病情、采取下肢静脉血栓形成和呼吸机辅助通气护理措施、加强皮肤护理和心理护理等。经上述措施的实施,住院14天后患者病情好转出院。 To summarize the nursing of 1 case of elderly patient with left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure, which nursing essentials included： observed patient＇s condition closely, conducted nursing measures for venous thrombosis and ventilator assisted ventilation, enhanced skin and psychological nursing. The patient had turned better and discharged after 14 days of hospitalization with implementation of above measures.
