摘　　要： 房地产信息每天都在以庞大的速度增长着,受现下的信息交流体制的限制,房地产信息共享受阻。相关行业信息服务不对称,影响房地产的发展。本文以大数据为背景,阐述当前信息共享机制的现状,分析机制的不足。从政府、企业、网络、应用、高校出发,提出实现信息共享的策略以及带来的社会效应。 Real estate information is growing at a large rate every day, subject to the current information exchange system restrictions,real estate information sharing blocked. Related industry information services asymmetry, affecting the development of real estate.Based on the background of large data, this paper expounds the current situation of information sharing mechanism and the deficiency of analysis mechanism. From the government, enterprises, networks, applications, colleges and universities, put forward to achieve information sharing strategy and the social effects.
