玉屏风颗粒抗感染作用及其作用机制的研究

摘  要: 目的探讨玉屏风颗粒对实验性炎症动物模型的抗感染作用。方法建立二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀急性炎症模型,冰乙酸诱导小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高急性炎症模型,大鼠棉球肉芽肿慢性炎症模型和LPS大鼠急性炎症模型。观察玉屏风颗粒对二甲苯炎性耳廓肿胀的抑制作用、对冰乙酸致毛细血管通透性增高的抑制作用、对大鼠棉球肉芽组织炎性增生的抑制作用、以及对LPS大鼠急性炎症模型血清炎症因子G-CSF、IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ、MIP-1β含量的影响,综合评价玉屏风颗粒的抗感染效果。结果玉屏风颗粒明显降低实验性炎症动物模型耳廓肿胀度,降低毛细血管通透性,抑制肉芽组织炎性增生,降低炎症因子G-CSF、IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ、MIP-1β含量。结论玉屏风颗粒具有明显的抗感染作用,可能与抑制炎症因子G-CSF、IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ、MIP-1β分泌有关。 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Yupingfeng Granules on experimental inflammatory animal model. Methods The inflammatory models were employed,such as xylene-induced ear edema,an inflammatory model of capillary permeability induced by glacial acetic acid in mice,the chronic inflammatory model of granuloma induced by cotton pellet implantation in rats and the acute inflammatory induced by LPS in rats. The inhibitory effect of Yupingfeng Granules on auricular swelling induced by xylene and capillary permeability caused by glacial acetic acid in mice, inflammatory hyperplasia of granulation tissue in rats were observed. The level of inflammatory factors including G-CSF、IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ、MIP-1β in serum of the acute inflammatory induced by LPS in rats were determined to evaluate synthetically the anti-inflammatory effect. Results Yupingfeng Granules reduced the degree of tumefaction in auricle induced by dimethylbenzene and the capillary permeability in mice,inhibited the inflammatory hyperplasia of granulation tissue and decreased the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IFN-γ and G-CSF,MIP-1β in serum. Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules showed significant anti-inflammatory effect, probably related to inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors such as G-CSF,IL-1β、TNF-α,IFN-γ,MIP-1β.
