摘　　要： 宫腔粘连在临床主要表现为月经异常、月经减少、经期腹痛、不孕及反复流产等,严重影响妇女的生活质量。该病的治疗目的为恢复宫腔正常形态,预防粘连复发,修复损伤内膜,恢复正常生育功能。宫腔镜下粘连分解术是治疗的标准方式,药物、屏障等是重要的术后辅助治疗,术后定期复查、随诊非常重要,保护子宫内膜,避免感染及手术伤害,可降低IUA的发生率。 The main clinical manifestations of intrauterine adhesions（IUA） are abnormal menstruation, menstruation, menstrual abdominal pain, infertility and recurrent miscarriage, which seriously affect the quality of women＇s life. The purpose of therapy in intrauterine adhesion is to restore the normal shape of the uterus, prevent the recurrence of adhesions,repair the damaged intima and restore normal reproductive function. Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis is the standard therapy,and drugs and barrier are the important postoperative auxiliary treatment. Regular postoperative review and follow-up are very important. To protect the endometrium to avoid infection and surgical injuries can help reduce the incidence of IUA.
