摘　　要： 坚持"市场导向"来提升大学生综合职业能力是大学英语教学改革的基本方向,内在要求其教学改革必须以"工学结合""校企合作""以学生为主体"等教学新理念为导引,以此来凸显高职人才培养模式的创新。从促进"工学结合"的视角出发,剖析当前大学英语教学中存在的基本问题,围绕"一技之长+综合素质"的人才培养目标,积极探索工学结合视角下大学英语教育的创新模式,为增强大学英语教学的有效性厚实根基。 If the improvement of university students' comprehensive working capacity oriented to market demands is believed to be a fundamental direction of college English teaching reform,new ideas like 'working-learning combination','school-enterprise cooperation' and 'student-orientation 'should be taken as the principles for the innovation in the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education.From a ' working-learning combination' perspective,the paper made an analysis of the fundamental problems in current college English teaching,and tried to establish an innovative teaching pattern with the cultivation of talents with both working skills and comprehensive qualities as the ultimate goal,aiming to lay a more solid foundation for higher effectiveness of the course.
