摘　　要： 目的 通过深入研究全科护理模式在社区高血压患者健康管理中的应用效果,从而为高血压患者提供更加优质的护理服务。方法 选取2016年5月-2017年5月就诊的64例高血压患者,随机将其分为2组,均为32例患者,其中为对照组患者提供传统护理服务;而对于观察组患者,则采用全科护理模式进行护理,详细观察并对比2组患者的疾控效果、血压恢复时间、干预方案的实施时间。结果 在高血压的疾控效果上,观察组比对照组更好,对比存在明显差异(P <0. 05);在血压恢复时间与干预方案的实施时间上,观察组比对照组明显要短,对比存在显著差异(P <0. 05)。结论 在社区卫生服务中心,针对高血压患者应用全科护理模式取得的护理效果非常明显,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe and evaluate the general effect on the management of hypertension patients in community health nursing mode,for the service center of hypertension patients in community nursing provides the certain reference value.Methods From May 2016 in May 2017,64 cases were diagnosed with high blood pressure patients,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional hypertension community nursing model implementation.The observation group used the community health general nursing mode.Observation and comparative analysis of two groups of patients with disease control effect,blood pressure levels that returned to normal levels and intervention plan implementation time was carried out.Results The control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had blood pressure levels that returned to normal levels and intervention plan implementation time was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting general nursing mode of community nursing service center of hypertension patients in community effect is very obvious,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
