摘　　要： 腰椎小关节错位是临床常见病、多发病。俯卧牵抖冲压法为龙氏腰椎正骨十法中的一种,不仅重视调整骨与关节之间的平衡关系,也重视骨与周围肌肉等软组织的生物力学平衡,可使筋柔骨正。范德辉教授临床运用俯卧牵抖冲压法治疗腰椎小关节错位时,重视神经定位、触诊定位、影像学定位的三步定位诊断法,分期择法,对不同类型的腰椎错位分型论治,强调筋骨同治,防治结合,以正骨为主,配合多种疗法,灵活运用,疗效较显著。 Lumbar facet joint dislocation is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. As one of the ten Long’s Lumbar Bone-setting Manipulations,prone pulling-shaking and punching-pressing manipulation is not only focused on the regulation of the balance between bones and joints, but also focused on the regulation of biomechanical equilibrium of the bones and the surrounding soft tissues such as muscles,and so it can achieve the actions of relaxing tendons and setting the bones. In the clinical application of prone pulling-shaking and punchingpressing manipulation for the treatment of lumbar facet joint dislocation, Professor FAN De-Hui stressed the application of three-step location methods of neural localization,palpation location,and imaging location,made the dialectical treatment for various types of lumbar facet joint dislocation, and emphasized the simultaneous treatment of tendons and bones, the combination of prevention and treatment, the bone-setting manipulation assisting with various therapies,and the flexible usage of staging treatment. Following the therapeutic principles recommended by Professor FAN De-Hui, satisfactory efficacy for the lumbar facet joint dislocation can be achieved.
