摘　　要： 目的探讨维生素B12+二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果及同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法选取2018年4月~2019年2月在我院接受治疗的96例2型糖尿病患者作为主要研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,48例/组。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用维生素B12+二甲双胍治疗,比较两组治疗前后的总有效率、同型半胱氨酸水平变化情况和并发症发生率。结果两组患者治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均显著低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的同型半胱氨酸水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者的同型半胱氨酸水平较治疗前明显下降,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病的临床治疗上,采用维生素B12+二甲双胍的用药方案可获得理想效果,可降低血糖值,改善患者的同型半胱氨酸水平,同时可降低糖尿病并发症的发生率,进而提升患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广和应用。 Objective To explore curative effects of vitamin B12 combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes and its effects on homocysteine level.Methods Ninety-six patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were selected as main research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin while the observation group was treated with vitamin B12 combined with metformin.The total effective rate,homocysteine level and complication rate before and after treatment were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in homocysteine levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,homocysteine level in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes,vitamin B12 combined with metformin can achieve ideal results.It can reduce the blood glucose level,improve the homocysteine level of patients and reduce the incidence of diabetes complications,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
