摘 要: 传统富锌涂料和热浸锌技术已经不能满足沿海电厂钢结构的防腐蚀要求,低能耗、无污染、低成本成为新型防腐蚀技术的发展趋势。综述了我国沿海地区电厂钢结构的腐蚀现状,介绍了目前几种主要防腐蚀技术的现状及存在的问题,包括涂料涂层、热镀锌、热喷涂、耐候钢、阴极保护及复合材料等。结合发展情况,认为石墨烯重防腐蚀涂料、热喷涂及新型复合材料将逐渐代替传统防腐蚀技术成为发展趋势。 Traditional zinc-rich coatings and hot-dip galvanizing technologies can not meet the anti-corrosion requirements of steel structures in coastal power plants,so for new anti-corrosion technologies low energy consumption,no pollution and low cost become a trend.The corrosion status of steel structures in power plants in coastal areas of China is reviewed.The current status and existing problems of several anti-corrosion technologies,including coating,hot-dip galvanizing,thermal spraying,weathering steel,cathodic protection and composite materials are introduced.Based on the development situation,graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating,thermal spraying and new composite materials will gradually become the trend instead of traditional anti-corrosion technologies.
