摘　　要： 目的:总结钝性管棒状伤与铁质木质钝器伤的临床特征以及救治方式.方法:回顾性分析我院1996年1月-2017年1月期间处理和组织的116例钝器伤伤员的临床特征及救治方法进行总结分析.结果:钝性管棒状伤患者较铁质木质钝器伤多,一半左右钝性管棒伤患者出现长条状皮内、皮下出血等症状;铁质钝器对颅脑的损伤比木质钝器损伤多而且严重.虽然铁木质对机体的损伤形态各有不同,但铁质与木质钝器、钝性管棒状物导致出血、颅脑损伤、颈髓损伤、胸部损伤等均有相对应救治思路.结论:铁质与木质钝器伤.钝性管棒状伤由于击打工具质地、质量、形状等的不同,导致物体形成的动能,压力的不同,对机体损伤特点也明显不同,但不同致伤物在同一机体部位导致的对机体影响基本一致,所以损伤救治处理方法基本相同.
