摘 要: 长期以来,在国人思想意识中,传统武术是中华独有的能克敌制胜,防身自卫,保家卫国的神奇武功。考究武术(套路)的运动本质,其实为武舞艺术,是受宋朝统治理念重文轻武影响,使武学逐渐演变成套路武舞艺术化的结果。尤其新中国成立后制定的"武术(套路)竞赛规则"等一系列政策,促使武术完全套路艺术化。为使武学回归技击本质,必须对现行武术称谓和运动形式进行改革:(1)曰武术技击(或散打):突出格斗对抗;(2)曰段位制武艺:段位制武艺需要单练套路动作与对练套路动作相匹配,突出了套路动作攻防招式的应用性,在一定程度上能帮助学习者理解动作的技击意义与掌握攻防技术,并提高学习兴趣和积极性,但其属于艺术性质;(3)曰武舞或武艺:由于套路纯属艺术,名副其实,易于传播。 For a long time,in the ideology of Chinese people,wushu is a unique martial arts which is used to conquer enemy,selfdefense,safeguard the motherland.After studying the essence of wushu routines,we find that it is Wushu dance.Influenced by the view of valuing literary talent above martial arts,wushu gradually evolved into the artistic form.In particular,policies such as the Wushu Routine Competition Rules,have made Wushu be fully articulated.New reform on the appellation and form of wushu need to be made to guide martial arts back to combat:(1)free sparring):the emphasis of combat;(2)Form of Duan:it emphasizes the matching of single-training routines and pair-training routines and highlights the applicability of routines in attacking and defending;(3)Form of martial arts dance(routine):It is veritable and easy to spread.
