摘　　要： 目的:研究钼靶检查和自动乳腺全容积扫描(ABVS)对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断效果。方法:临床纳入54例我院2016年1月至2017年7月期间收治的乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象。所有患者均经病理检查确诊。对所有患者均进行ABVS和钼靶检查,观察ABVS和钼靶检查对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。结果:54例患者中乳腺恶性肿瘤21例,占38.89%;乳腺良性肿瘤33例,占61.11%。ABVS对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断敏感度为90.48%(19/21),特异度为96.97%(32/33),阳性预测值为95.0%(19/20),阴性预测值为94.12%(32/34)。钼靶检查对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断敏感度为85.71%(18/21),特异度为96.97%(32/33),阳性预测值为94.74%(18/19),阴性预测值为91.43%(32/35)。结论:ABVS与钼靶检查对乳腺良恶性肿瘤均有较好的诊断价值,提高了诊断准确率,值得临床应用及推广。 Objective: To compare the diagnostic efficiency of molybdenum target radiography vs automatic breast volume scanning( ABVS) in benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: A total of 54 patients with breast tumors admitted to our hospital between January 2016 and July 2017 were included in the study. All patients were confirm-diagnosed by pathological examination. ABVS and molybdenum target radiography were performed in all patients to determine the diagnostic value of ABVS and mammography in diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors. Results: Of the 54 patients,21( 38.89%) were with malignant and 33( 61.11%) with benign breast tumors. For diagnosing benign/malignant breast tumors,ABVS yielded a sensitivity of 90. 48%( 19/21),a specificity of 96. 97%( 32/33),a positive predictive value of 95. 0%( 19/20),and a negative predictive value of 94.12%( 32/34),compared with a sensitivity of 85. 71%( 18/21),a specificity of 96. 97%( 32/33),a positive predictive value of 94.74%( 18/19),and a negative predictive value of 91.43%( 32/35) by molybdenum target radiography. Conclusion: ABVS and mammography show satisfactory diagnostic efficiency in benign and malignant breast tumors,offer improved diagnostic accuracy,and are worthwhile for widespread use in clinical settings.
