摘　　要： 本文研究了一种基于Slave FIFO模式的光栅尺精度检测系统接口程序设计,主要涉及了精度检测系统的上位机和数据采集模块的USB接口程序设计,包括接口的固件程序设计和上位机通信接口程序设计。 In this paper,the interface hardware and software are designed for a grating precision detection system based on Slave FIFO.This paper mainly introduces the design of the USB interface of the system between the upper computer and the data acquisition module,including the firmware programming of the interface and the design of the communication interface program of the upper computer.
