清热化痰方联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿MP中应用预见性护理对患儿IL-6、IL-10水平的影响

摘  要: 目的探究清热化痰方联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿MP中应用预见性护理对患儿IL-6、IL-10水平的影响。方法纳入65例于我院就诊的MP患儿,按治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组使用阿奇霉素,观察组在对照组基础上使用清热化痰汤,2组均给予预见性护理干预。2组治疗15 d。统计2组临床疗效;比较2组患儿治疗前后炎性因子水平及症状改善时间的差异。结果观察组临床疗效32例(96.97%)高于对照组临床疗效26例(81.25%)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清IL-6、IL-10及IL-8均较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热化痰法联合阿奇霉素辅以预见性护理干预治疗小儿MP可提高临床疗效,改善患儿症状,缩短病程,降低血清IL-6、IL-10及IL-8水平,抑制炎症反应。 Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the level of IL-6 and IL-10 in the treatment of MP with Qingre Huatan formula and azithromycin.Methods 65 children with MP were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=33).Azithromycin was used in the control group,Qingre Huatan Decoction was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group.Two groups were treated for 15 days.The difference of inflammatory factor level and symptom improvement time between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results 32 cases(96.97%)in the observation group were higher than 26 cases(81.25%)in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-8 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat clearing and phlegm resolving therapy combined with azithromycin and predictive nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect,improve the symptoms,shorten the course of disease,reduce the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-8 in serum,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
