摘　　要： 目的了解广州市医学院校临床医学专业本科生对社区全科医生一职的认知状况和从业意愿,分析其影响因素,为广州市制定政策措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,自行编制问卷,对广州市六所医学院校2012~2014级临床医学生进行调查。结果 359名调查对象中,54.0%对社区全科医生表示了解,50.7%表示愿意从事社区全科医生工作;不愿意到社区卫生服务中心就业的主要原因分别是:工资待遇低(68.4%),技术难提高(60.5%);择业时最关心的主要方面分别是:薪酬(75.2%)、晋升机会(67.1%)、培训机会(58.5%);二元logistic回归分析显示:有无教师鼓励基层就业(OR=4.216)、是否满意社区全科医生月平均薪资(OR=3.433)、从事社区全科医生期待月薪值高低(OR=2.236)、是否关注政府扶持政策(OR=2.589)是影响临床医学本科生毕业后选择从事社区全科医生工作的主要因素。结论临床医学本科生对社区全科医生的认知及就业意愿不高,需政府、学校、社会等多方面采取措施,鼓励学生到基层就业。 Objective To understand medical undergraduates＇ attitudes and the willingness to apply for general practitioners and to analyze the influencing factors so as to guide medical undergraduates to correctly understand general practice and provide evidences for the formulation of policies and measures in Guangzhou.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,the questionnaire was prepared to investigate the grade of 2012-2014 medical students in six medical schools in Guangzhou.Results Among 359 respondents,54.0% of them expressed understanding of the community general practitioners,and 50.7% of them indicated that they were willing to engage in community general practitioner work;the main reasons for unwillingness to work in the community health service centers were：low wages（68.4%）,and skills are harder to improve（60.5%）.The main areas of concern when choosing a career are：salary（75.2%）,promotion opportunities（67.1%）,training opportunities（58.5%）;Binary Logistic Regression Analysis shows：whether teachers encourage grass-roots employment（OR=4.216）,whether or not satisfied The monthly average salary of community general practitioners（OR=3.433）,the expected monthly salary value of community general practitioners（OR=2.236）,and whether they are concerned about government support policies（OR=2.589）are the factors affecting clinical undergraduates to choose to engage in the community after graduating The main factors of general practitioners.Conclusion Medical undergraduates have less understanding of general practitioners and less willingness to seek employment which needs the government,schools and society take measures to encourage them to find employment at the grass roots.
