摘　　要： 目的探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折的手术治疗及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月于我院进行治疗的桡骨远端粉碎性骨折且为关节内骨折患者84例,随机分为两组,研究组采用手术进行治疗,对照组采用外固定保守治疗。分析两组患者的一般资料、治疗效果以及VAS评分和住院时间。结果研究组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折患者进行治疗时,采用手术治疗能够治愈患者骨折,明显减轻患者疼痛,使得患者的VAS评分减小,住院时间缩短,有利于患者的恢复,治疗效果比较理想,值得在临床上进一步推广。 Objective To explore surgical treatments of distal radial comminuted fractures and intra-articular fractures and their effects on VAS scores of patients.Methods 84 patients with distal radial comminuted fractures and intra-articular fractures who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with surgery while the control group was given conservative treatment of external fixation.General data,curative effect,VAS score and hospital stay of patients in two groups were analyzed.Results The curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and hospital stay of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with distal radial comminuted fractures and intra-articular fractures,surgical treatment can cure the fracture of the patient,significantly reduce the pain of patients,reduce the VAS score and shorten the length of hospital stay,which is conducive to the recovery of the patients.It has relatively ideal curative effect,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
