摘　　要： 为评价加米霉素注射液的毒性效果,试验采用改良寇氏法对66只清洁级昆明系健康小鼠的半数致死量(LD_(50))进行测定,结果显示:根据改良寇氏法公式计算,加米霉素注射液LD_(50)为1094.2mg/kg,95%可信限范围为1000.0~1196.7mg/kg,根据化学物急性毒性LD_(50)剂量分级表明加米霉素注射液属于低毒性药物。 In order to evaluate the acute toxicity of Gamithromycin injection , we used the improved Koch＇s method to evaluate the LD50 of 66 clean grade Kunming mice. The results showed that., according to the calculation formula of modified Karber method, the LD5s0 was calculated to be 1094.2 mg/kg and the 95% confidence limit is 1000.0- 1196.7 mg/kg. According to the acute toxicity of chemical compounds, LD50 dose fractionation showed that the Garmisch azithromycin injection of low toxic- ity drugs.
