摘　　要： 商业银行科技金融发展现状主要包括:在金融供需对接上存在结构性矛盾,在科技金融风险的管控能力上还有待提高。提出了科技金融视角下商业银行的创新转型方向,即轻型化、开放化、数字化。介绍了科技金融视角下商业银行的创新转型路径,对商业银行的经营思维模式加以创新,对商业银行的风控管理模式加以创新,以期重塑商业银行的竞争优势,为加快商业银行的创新转型奠定良好基础。 The status quo of the development of technology finance of commercial banks mainly includes:there are structural contradictions in the connection of financial supply and demand,and the management and control capabilities of technology finance risks still need to be improved.The direction of innovation and transformation of commercial banks from the perspective of technology finance is proposed,that is,lightweight and open Digitization.This article introduces the innovation transformation path of commercial banks from the perspective of technology finance,such as innovating the business thinking model and risk control management model of commercial banks,reshaping the competitive advantages of commercial banks,and laying a good foundation for accelerating the innovation transformation of commercial banks.
