摘　　要： 目的:探讨罗格列酮联合阿司匹林对糖尿病伴代谢综合征的治疗效果。方法:纳入观察和统计的糖尿病伴代谢综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组治疗药物为阿司匹林肠溶片,观察组治疗药物为罗格列酮分散片加阿司匹林肠溶片,比较两组治疗前后胰岛素、血脂、尿微量白蛋白(M-Alb)和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前比较,空腹血清胰岛素(F-INS)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平均明显降低、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS)水平明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和尿M-Alb水平均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组治疗后与对照组比较,F-INS和HOMA-IR水平降低更显著(P<0.05)、HOMA-IS水平升高更显著(P<0.01),TC、TG和尿M-Alb水平降低更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:罗格列酮联合阿司匹林治疗糖尿病伴代谢综合征的疗效显著,可使机体血脂与胰岛素抵抗得到有效调节。 Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effects of rosiglitazone combing aspirin for the diabetes mellitus with the metabolic syndrome.Methods:The 80 patients of diabetes mellitus with the metabolic syndrome were fit into the observation and statistics.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group and the each group was 40 cases.The therapeutic drug of control group was the aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The therapeutic drug of observation group was the rosiglitazone dispersible tablet moreover the aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The insulin,blood fat,urinary microalbumin(M-Alb)and the adverse reaction incidence were compared before and after treatment.Results:The level of fasting serum insulin(F-INS)and the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was obviously decreased and the level of insulin secretion index(HOMA-IS)was obviously increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and the level of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and the M-Alb was obviously decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)after treatment in contrast with before treatment for the two groups.The level of F-INS and HOMA-IR was more apparently decreased(P<0.05)and the level of HOMA-IS was more apparently increased(P<0.01)and the level of TC,TG and M-Alb was more apparently decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)after treatment for observation group in contrast with control group.The difference of adverse reaction incidence for the two groups had not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:The rosiglitazone combing aspirin for the diabetes mellitus with the metabolic syndrome has evident therapeutic effects and can gain the effective regulation for the blood fat and the insulin resistance of organism.
