摘 要: 通过对湛江地区各菜市场根茎类、瓜果类和叶菜类蔬菜进行采样,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析其中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的含量水平。结果表明,湛江地区蔬菜Pb、Cd污染总体较轻,但仍存在超标现象,超标样品主要集中在叶菜类和根茎类蔬菜中,瓜果类蔬菜受污染程度较轻。该项研究为有效控制湛江地区蔬菜中Pb与Cd污染情况、保障地区内蔬菜安全和人群健康水平提供了一定的参考。 The content levels of lead(Pb) and cadmium(Cd) were analyzed by the mathod of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry through sampling the root,melon and leaf vegetables in the vegetable markets in Zhanjiang area.The results showed that the pollution of Pb and Cd in vegetables in Zhanjiang area was generally light,but there was still the phenomenon of over standard.The over standard samples were mainly concentrated in leaf vegetables and root vegetables,and the level of contamination of melon vegetables and fruit vegetables was low.This study provides a certain reference for more effectively controlling Pb and Cd pollution in vegetables in Zhanjiang area,and ensuring the safety and health of vegetables in the area.
