汉麻针织物还原染料染色性能的研究

摘  要: 介绍了汉麻针织物还原染料染色性能的定义、研究历史、研究现状、染色原理、染色方法及测试指标等。由于麻纤维不能单独纺纱,对棉麻的混纺针织物进行还原染料染色分析。采用中心复合实验的方法,在不同反应温度、保险粉用量条件下处理棉麻针织物,并测试其K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度、顶破强力、耐磨性等,最终得到棉麻针织物还原染料染色的最优方案:保险粉用量10.757 6 g/L,温度56.666 7℃。 The definition of hemp knitted fabric dyeing performance with vat dyes, research history, research status, dyeing principle, dyeing methods and text indicators are introduced. Since the hemp fiber cannot be spun separately, the dyeing analysis of the blended knitted fabric of hemp cotton with vat dye is stated. Using the method of central composite experiment, the cotton hemp knitted fabric is treated by controlling reaction temperature and the sodium hydrosulfite consumption. The K/Svalue, the rubbing fastness, the bursting strength and the abrasion resistance are tested. Finally, the optimal solution for dyeing of cotton and hemp knitted fabric with vat dyes is obtained that the dosage of sodium hydrosulfite is 10.757 6 g/L and the temperature is 56.666 7 ℃.
