摘　　要： 目的探讨慢性盆腔炎外用中药的护理措施及效果。方法以2017年11月至2018年2月于我院接受治疗的64例慢性盆腔炎女性护理对象为研究样本,以随机数字表法均分为等量(32例),对照组以单纯西医治疗护理,观察组以中西医联合治疗护理,对两组慢性盆腔炎护理对象接受不同治疗方案及匹配式护理后的疗效加以比较分析。结果两组慢性盆腔炎护理对象接受不同治疗护理方案后的疗效比较存在显著性差异,中西医联合治疗护理组的治疗总有效率显著高于单纯西药治疗护理组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎护理对象施以中药外用疗法并匹配以相应护理服务,可显著提高该类妇科病护理对象的炎症控制效果。 Objective to explore nursing measures and effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods treat 64 cases female patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2018 as study samples, divide them into two groups with equal amount（32 cases）, control group was treated with western medicine only, and observation group with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Compare and analyze curative effect of two groups after different treatment scheme and matched nursing. Results after different treatment scheme and matched nursing, curative effect of two groups showed significant differences. Total effective rate of combined treatment and nursing of Chinese and western medicine group was significantly higher than single western medicine treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion external application of Chinese medicine and matched nursing service can improve control effect of inflammation significantly in treatment of gynaecologic nursing objects of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
