摘　　要： 目的探索消心痛治疗老年人心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者184例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用强心、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用消心痛治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后治疗显著的患者比例高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后治疗无效的患者比例少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用消心痛治疗老年人慢性心力衰竭具有较好的效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of isosorbide dinitrate in treatment of senile heart failure. Methods 184 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group received cardiac therapy, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor therapy and diuretic therapy, based on the control group, the treatment group received isosorbide dinitrate treatment, the therapeutic effect of patients in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the proportion of patients with marked effect in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05); the proportion of patients with ineffective effect in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P <0.05); after treatment, the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The use of isosorbide dinitrate has better effect in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which is worthy of popularization and application.
