计及全寿命成本和收益的微电网储能优化配置

摘  要: 微电网是适应分布式电源灵活接入、满足多元化负荷可靠供给、实现供需友好互动、推动节能减排及电力体制改革的有效形式。其中,储能系统为微电网参与电网运行提供灵活解决方案。本文提出一种计及储能系统全寿命周期成本与收益的双层优化配置方法。首先建立了全寿命周期成本和收益的模型,计算储能的各类成本以及收益;接着确定了内外层所采用的遗传与模拟退火相结合的算法;最后采用Benchmark低压微电网算例,对所提优化配置策略进行了仿真。仿真结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性,该模型能够有效地管理电压,使其电压保持在安全范围内,并且可以通过套利的经济手段降低成本。 Microgrid is an effective means to adapt to the flexible access of distributed generations,meet the reliable supply of diversified loads,realize the friendly interactions between supply and demand of electricity,and promote en ergy conservation,emission reduction and power system reform,among which the energy storage system(ESS)pro vides a flexible solution for the microgrid to participate in the operation of power grid.In this paper,a two-layer optimal configuration method is proposed,which takes the life cycle cost-benefit of ESS into account.First,a model of life cy cle cost-benefit is established to calculate various costs and benefits of energy storage.Then,the combination of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is determined,which is applied to the inner and outer layers.Finally,the proposed optimal configuration strategy is simulated with a Benchmark low-voltage microgrid as an example.Simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.The novel model can effectively manage voltage and keep its values within a safe range.In addition,it can reduce cost by arbitrage economic means.
