摘　　要： 目的:探讨薄层CT检查在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中筛查疑似和确诊患者的应用价值。方法:采用16排螺旋CT对有流行病学史或疑似症状的663例发热患者直接行胸部薄层CT扫描,根据COVID-19的肺部影像学特征性表现、流行病学史及临床症状等筛查发热患者,查出疑似和确诊患者,并对其诊疗效果进行影像学复查。结果:663例受检者胸部薄层CT扫描图像质量均达到了临床诊断要求,其中影像学诊断发现COVID-19患者5例,最终结合核酸检测确诊4例。结论:影像学检查是诊断COVID-19的重要手段,CT检查是临床筛检和诊断COVID-19的首选方式之一,其中胸部薄层CT扫描对该病的筛查和初步诊断有非常重要作用,正确认识其CT表现及应用CT扫描检查对诊疗具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the application value of thin-slice computed tomography(CT)examination in screening suspected and confirmed patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)under the epidemic situation of COVID-19.Methods:16-slice spiral CT was directly applied to perform thin-slice CT scan on chests of 663 patients with fever who had an epidemiological history or suspected symptoms.According to the performance of imaging characteristics on lung,epidemiological history and clinical symptoms of COVID-19 to find out suspected patients and confirmed patients.And the effects of diagnosis and treatment of thin-slice CT were reexamined by using imaging examination.Results:All of image qualities of thin-slice CT scan on chests of 663 patients met the requirements of clinical diagnosis.The imaging diagnosis found 5 patients with COVID-19 in these patients.After nucleic acid test was combined with imaging diagnosis,4 patients with COVID-19 were confirmed finally.Conclusion:Imaging examination is an important method to diagnose COVID-19,and thin-slice CT scan on chest has very important role in screening and preliminary diagnosing this disease.CT examination is one of the first choices in clinical screening and diagnosis of COVID-19.It is great significance to correctly understand the CT manifestations of COVID-19 and use CT scanning in diagnosis and treatment.
