摘　　要： 对移动学习的定义和特征进行概述。移动学习可使学生随时、随地、随身地通过移动设备获取学习所需的信息、资源及服务。移动学习的特征表现在学习设备的便捷性、开展学习的灵活性、学习地点的移动性、学习内容的零散性、学习功能的辅助性。分析了移动学习的形式,即基于短信的移动学习、基于浏览器连接的移动学习。学生主要利用短信进行信息传递和沟通,与教师进行知识交流和共享。实现实时交流、查询和浏览,学生可根据自身学习需求安排学习目标和时间,利用学习设备获取学习资源。阐述了移动学习资源的建设和管理。在移动学习资源建设中,将学习内容分解成片段,内容应具备一定吸引力,操作要简单,界面要丰富多样。在移动学习资源的管理中,考核学生出勤情况,积极参与学生讨论,设置相应的练习和测试,引导学生改进学习方法,提高学习效率。 It summarizes the definition and characteristics of mobile learning.Mobile learning enables students to obtain information,resources and services needed for learning through mobile devices at anywhere and anytime.The characteristics of mobile learning are the convenience of learning devices,the flexibility of learning,the mobility of learning places,the fragmentary of learning content and the auxiliary of learning functions.It analyzes the forms of mobile learning,that is,mobile learning based on SMS and mobile learning based on browser connection.Students mainly use SMS for information transmission and communication,and share knowledge with teachers.To achieve real-time communication,query and browsing,students can arrange learning objectives and time according to their own learning needs,and use learning equipment to obtain learning resources.It expounds the construction and management of mobile learning resources.In the construction of mobile learning resources,learning content should be decomposed into segments,which should have certain attraction,simple operation and rich and diverse interface.In the management of mobile learning resources,we should assess the attendance of students,actively participate in student discussions,set up corresponding exercises and tests,guide students to improve their learning methods and learning efficiency.
