摘　　要： 象思维是运用“取象比类”“司外揣内”等方法研究万物本原及相互间关系,并将形象思维转换为意向思维的关联性思维。为求快速、有效地救治急危重症,从而提出趋势辨治理论。可将疾病发展趋势分为向愈(趋于健康)和向恶(趋于死灭)之势。临证进行趋势辨治时,需结合急危重症“急”“危”“变”“杂”的特点,从时间角度严格把控,在危势之初现,或是脏腑功能障碍之前,进行早期识别并予有效处理,从而实现截断病势或缓解疾病发展趋势的目标。趋势辨治按照疾病的病理发展趋势可分为趋势预判和趋势干预两个方面。综合分析体质、基础疾病、年龄、气候、环境、正邪力量等因素,熟悉了解疾病的发生发展过程、生理病理变化、可能结局等,归纳总结疾病的发展趋势,得出对疾病病理发展趋势的正确认识,从而进行个体化的趋势辨治。 Image thinking is a kind of creative thinking that has been passed down from the ancient ancestors.Using the methods of"judging the state by image"and"governing exterior to infer interior"to study the original truth of the world and the relationship between things,which is the connection thinking from the image thinking and the intentional thinking.In order to quickly and effectively treat critically ill and serious diseases,the theory of trend differentiation is proposed.It divides the trend of disease development into a trend of healing(to be healthy)and toward evil(to death).When the clinical evidence is used for the differentiation and treatment,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of being"urgent",**dangerous",'*change"and"miscellaneous"of critically ill and severe diseases,strictly control from the time point of view,before the beginning of the crisis,or before the visceral dysfunction,Early identifi?cation and effective treatment to achieve the purpose of cutting off the disease or alleviating the trend of disease development.According to the pathological development trend of the disease,trend differentiation can be divided into two aspects:trend prediction and trend in?tervention.Comprehensive analysis of physical,basic diseases,age,climate,environment,positive and evil forces and other factors,familiar with the disease development process,physiological and pathological changes,possible outcomes,etc.,summed up the development trend of disease development,and draw a trend toward the pathological development of disease,hence get the correct understanding as well as making individualized trend differentiation.
